ABÁ portfolio is a creative multipurpose portfolio focused on showcasing the companies work and ideas. With modern, minimal and clean design. Inspired by beautiful artwork and in tens of ABÁ collection work with stylish and sketches, I created this elegant site with attractive and stand out from the competition.

I realized that the current site needed to be improved in terms of inform users of business goals, showcasing companies' work, and attract potential new custumers. After digging into the current website and taking the information from our kick-off meeting, I determined that there were three main objectives I needed to tackle with the project.

The current website that exists has limited showcasing company's work and has old fashion style. See below for snapshots of the current website:

To start off the design process, I needed to find out how I could attract more users on the website. I first kicked off the design process with research. I conducted domain research, competitive analysis, user surveys in order to address the following key objectives:

Considering my limited time of constraints, I created a project timeline to be able to accomplish my weekly goals.

My initial step in the research phase was to understand successful user experiences in current products in the industry and some missing points in unique values. I explored 3 different companies and narrowed down to 2 top competitors. I analyzed both the good and bad UX features of each competitor, and used my points of analysis on: navigational features, homepage , on-boarding experience to the dashboard screen.

I analyzed the competition mainly on the three interaction design principles.

After analyzing and discovering what the industry does, and what specific e-commerce features I need to implement, I conducted several meetings with the client to make sure I define the design requirements.

Using the open-ended answers from my surveys provided me to improve my understanding of the needs and problems of current website. The client and me shared the survey in the work team media and we reached out some custumers to understand their needs and feelings about the current website.

Utilizing the research from our findings and surveys, I created the following personas

The following user flow shows the path of our personas would take on the website.

This UX Case study has been both challenging and rewarding for me. The challenging part was, at the beginning, I didn't have much knowledge about the industry. Gaining some knowledge and understand the product goal took some time by researching the industry and getting some insights from the company. However it turned out to be great experience after understanding the users real need and the business model.

Since I had a short timeline for this project, I am so happy to be able to create web for this company in a short period of time.
